Educational qualification and experience

The required educational qualification is a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute.

The notice says an MBA or PGDM in Marketing, HR, Business Analytics or General Management is preferred. It also prefers post-qualification experience in business development, campus placements, corporate HR or B2B sales.
